2026 Student Voice Symposium & Summit
October 7 – October 8
We’re heading to the 2026 Student Voice Symposium & Summit, hosted by Student Voice Australasia at the University of Canberra (ACT), with an online option for those who can’t attend in person.
This national event connects practitioners and students from across Australasia — bringing students together on day one, then students and staff together on day two — all united in championing change through authentic partnership and evidence-informed student voice practice.
This year’s theme, “Trust, Safety and Participation in Times of Change,” explores how students’ sense of safety, trust, and belonging shapes meaningful participation, and examines the conditions that enable students to speak up, feel heard, and help shape decisions across systems and institutions.
The program spans keynotes, workshops, case studies, panels, and networking, with the Student Voice Awards announced at the close of the Symposium.
