MECA & UMBUG 2026

This year marks a first: the Midwest Ellucian Client Association and the Upper Midwest Banner User Group are joining forces at MECA & UMBUG 2026, and Pathify will be there.
Held October 29–30 at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, IA, this hands-on regional conference brings together higher education professionals from across the Midwest — spanning both Banner and Colleague communities under one roof.
Attendees move between practical, track-based sessions covering everything from enrollment and financial aid to reporting, data governance, and the technical work that keeps campuses running, alongside Birds-of-a-Feather discussions where peers compare notes on shared challenges. A dedicated CIO Forum gives IT leaders space to explore their vision for the future of their technology solutions and plan their institutions’ next innovations.
