Managing student finances can be a balancing act, but with the help of the AI Agent Balances via Flat File Provider, you’ll be seeing anything but red! By processing flat files uploaded to your Pathify instance via SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), it allows Users to view their current balances during conversations with our AI Agent. Many of its installation parameters can be bypassed if you’ve already installed the Generic Balances Widget; furthermore, it expects incoming flat files to be formatted as prescribed by the same.
Providers do not have associated widgets. They simply retriever user-specific information from external data sources (often Connectors) for use in Agent conversations.
