Pathify helps you make the grade with our Student GPA via User Provisioning Provider! With this Provider enabled, our AI Agent can ingest Users’ GPAs and relay them on request, allowing students to stay abreast of their overall academic performance at a glance. To do so, the Provider retrieves the inquiring User’s GPA from their Pathify User properties. These properties (and their parent User) can originate from any of the CXP’s User provisioning methods — flat file parsing via the User Provisioning Setup Recipe, HTTP request via the User Provisioning Event Listener Recipe, manual addition via Admin Center, etc.
Providers do not have associated widgets. They simply retrieve user-specific information from external data sources (often Connectors) for use in Agent conversations.
