We added 11 new system integrations, making Pathify more versatile than ever:

Recipe Library Facelift: New Look, Greater Functionality

We revamped the Recipe Library to make it more intuitive and powerful:

  • Expanded Filtering and Sorting for improved searchability.

Recipe Milestone: Writeback to Source Systems

We developed our first writeback to a source system, enabling smoother workflows and better data syncing.

  • Team Dynamix Support Ticket Integration: Users sync tickets back to Team Dynamix, closing the loop on support processes.

User Provisioning Enhancements: Smarter, More Efficient

To simplify user management, we introduced:

  • Deltafication Upgrade: Faster, more efficient data updates.
  • Null Values to Clear Data Option: Greater control over clearing outdated information.
  • AUTO Roles Using Extra Data: Enable smarter, dynamic role assignments.
  • Error Reporting: Gain clarity and address issues quickly.

This year, we developed 34 requests based on customer feedback through Canny, where you shared your ideas, voted on priorities and engaged in meaningful discussions. Here’s a look at the impact you made in 2024:

  • 2,544 votes cast to prioritize what matters most.
  • 853 comments sparking conversations and clarifying needs.
