Last Updated: October 16, 2026
1. What these Terms cover
These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public Pathify website at https://pathify.com (the “Website”), which is operated by Path Education Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Pathify (“Pathify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms apply to everyone who visits the Website, including prospective customers, students, faculty and staff, job applicants, and members of the public.
These Terms do not govern the Campus Experience Platform. If you access the Campus Experience Platform, the AI Agent, or any other Pathify product through your institution’s deployment, your use of those services is governed by the Pathify Terms of Use at https://pathify.com/terms-of-use and by the agreement between Pathify and your institution, and your personal information is handled under the privacy policy your institution publishes for that platform.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website.
3. Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal information through the Website is described in our Website Privacy Policy at https://pathify.com/privacy-policy/. Our use of cookies and similar technologies, and the choices available to you, are described in our Website Cookie Policy at https://pathify.com/cookie-policy/.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following list is not exhaustive, but you agree that you will not:
- impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, Pathify or any of its employees, representatives, affiliates or customers;
- misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organization;
- send or attempt to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material of any kind through the Website;
- engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person’s use of the Website, or that we reasonably determine may harm Pathify, other users, or expose any of them to liability;
- use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it;
- use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access, monitor or copy any part of the Website, except as permitted by our robots.txt file or with our prior written consent;
- use any manual process to monitor or copy material on the Website for any unauthorized purpose;
- introduce any virus, trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Website, the servers on which it is hosted, or any connected server, computer or database;

- use the Website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, local or international law.
5. Content on the Website
The Website is informational. Product descriptions, resources, articles and other material on the Website are provided to help you understand what Pathify offers, and they may be updated or removed at any time without notice. We take care to keep the Website accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from error, and nothing on the Website forms part of any agreement between Pathify and a customer. Descriptions of Pathify products on the Website do not modify or supplement any agreement, order form or product documentation.
Where the Website links to third-party websites, we provide those links for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, their security, or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Intellectual property
The Website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, software, and the selection and arrangement of them (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Pathify or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Copyright in the Website is held by Path Education Inc., 2021 to the present.
You may view the Website and print or download individual pages for your own reference or for evaluating Pathify’s products. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written permission. Pathify names, logos and product names are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.
If you believe your intellectual property is being infringed on the Website, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Copyright complaints under the DMCA
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe in good faith that Content on the Website infringes your copyright, you or your agent may send us a written notice headed “Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights, DMCA” that includes:
- an electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act for the owner of the right concerned;
- a description of the work you say has been infringed, and the web address where the material appears on the Website, or a copy of the work;
- your name, email address, postal address and telephone number;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use complained of is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We may not be able to act on an incomplete notice. Please note that a person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

8. No warranty
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHIFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.
Nothing in this Section limits any warranty Pathify gives a customer under a separate written agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHIFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE WEBSITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATHIFY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This Section does not apply to, and does not limit, Pathify’s liability to a customer under a separate written agreement for the Campus Experience Platform.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND PATHIFY EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
This Section does not apply to a customer’s agreement with Pathify for the Campus Experience Platform, which contains its own governing law and dispute provisions.
11. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy and the Website Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pathify regarding your use of the Website, and replace any earlier terms for the Website. They do not replace or affect any separate written agreement between Pathify and a customer.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the Last Updated date at the top. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Contact
