Arkansas State University-Mountain Home Launches Pathify-Powered “myASUMH” Digital Engagement Hub

myASUMH portal delivers a one-stop shop for students, faculty and staff to access campus services, resources and events

“Our goal is to eliminate friction and make it easy for every member of our community to get things done,” said Dr. Bentley Wallace, Chancellor of ASUMH. “With Pathify, myASUMH becomes the front door to everything — services, information and community — so our students spend less time navigating systems and more time focused on learning.”

As a true one-stop hub, myASUMH integrates with Ellucian Banner and Canvas to provide personalized access to academic resources, tasks and support. The portal also simplifies payment processing, centralizes communications and surfaces targeted content by role, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

According to Tamya Stallings, Director of Computer Services at ASUMH, “Pathify provides a platform that’s easier to manage and far more engaging for users. From checking grades and making payments to discovering campus events and updates, myASUMH makes everyday tasks faster and more intuitive — while also helping us promote community-building activities, including events at The Sheid.”

The launch aligns with the Arkansas State University System’s initiative to modernize digital experiences across its seven campuses. By transitioning away from a static portal and standalone mobile app to Pathify’s Engagement Hub, ASUMH enhances discoverability, eliminates redundant systems and delivers a consistent, scalable experience.

“We’re proud to support ASUMH as they take a major step forward in transforming their digital experience,” said Chase Williams, CEO and Co-Founder of Pathify. “myASUMH reflects what institutions everywhere are prioritizing—clearer access, smarter engagement and the ability to meet students where they are. We’re excited to be part of their vision.”
