Chase Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Chase has served as Pathify’s CEO since June 2017.
He previously worked as Executive Director from company incorporation until May 2021 and has led Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations at various times throughout the company’s history.
Chase co-founded Pathify while at Monash University, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance).
He lives in Austin, Texas, and enjoys golf, movies and reading about the latest news in technology, politics and finance.
James McCubbin
Chief Financial Officer
James has served as Pathify’s CFO since March 2021.
He previously served as Executive Director from company incorporation until May 2021, including the position of Chief Product Officer from April 2017 until March 2021.
James co–founded Pathify after completing his Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) and Bachelor of Business (Economics) at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
James resides in Melbourne with his family and is a proud father of two kids. He enjoys technology, golfing, and is obsessed with the AFL.
Chris Hagan
Chief Technology Officer
Chris joined Pathify in November 2018 as Chief Technology Officer.
He has nearly 20 years of experience across educational technology, most recently at Monash University and the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation.
His expertise spans econometrics, data imaging, biology and machine learning, with formal qualifications in Health (Nursing), mental health and emergency room patient management.
Chris lives in Melbourne, Australia, and enjoys vintage technology, sculpture and live music.
Matt Hammond
Chief Revenue Officer
Matt has been Pathify’s Chief Revenue Officer since 2022, where he is responsible for sales, solutions, customer implementation, ongoing account management and marketing.
Before joining Pathify in 2020, Matt served as Principal at Middlepond & Associates and Vice President of Sales at FullContact.
Matt currently lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and daughter. He enjoys (obsessively) following Boston sports, camping, reading and playing the drums (while his daughter is sleeping, of course).
Hadrien Forterre
General Counsel and VP of Strategic Projects
Hadrien has been Pathify’s General Counsel and VP of Strategic Projects since 2020.
He oversees all legal and regulatory matters, manages investor relations and looks after all corporate transactions and fundraising activities.
Prior to Pathify, Hadrien worked as a corporate and investment fund lawyer both in Luxembourg and London and has acted as a business consultant and legal advisor for various businesses.
Hadrien is a member of the New York State Bar Association and holds a law degree from Duke University and an MBA from Columbia University.
Originally from France, he splits his time between Madrid and Paris and enjoys skiing and tennis.
Shana Holman
Vice President of Customer Success
As Pathify’s Vice President of Customer Success, Shana oversees day-to-day operations across the Customer Success department, including Pathify implementation, support, adoption and expansion opportunities.
Shana’s career includes roles as Director of Client Success & Operations at D2L and Director of Partnerships at Guild Education.
Shana resides in Denver, Colorado with her family and loves trails of any kind, including hiking, hiking, skiing and snowshoeing.
Megan Kratzman
Vice President of Marketing
Megan Kratzman is the Vice President of Marketing at Pathify, where she manages demand generation initiatives, maintains Pathify’s brand identity and builds a loyal customer base.
With expertise in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing-sales alignment, and program architecture, Megan joined Pathify in 2022 after holding various roles at DoorDash, Pana and FullContact.
She currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband and two cats and enjoys traveling, cooking and gardening.
Igrar Guseynoff
Chief Engineer
Igrar has been a pivotal part of Pathify since joining the team in 2018.
As Chief Engineer, he is responsible for Pathify’s portal and its robust infrastructure.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Igrar brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to ensuring Pathify’s technological excellence and innovation.
Jeff Ledoux
Product Manager
Jeff Ledoux is Pathify’s Product Manager, where he works in driving innovation and new features across the Engagement Hub.
With a background in supporting digital initiatives — including a student portal, mobile app and internal website — Jeff joined Pathify in 2023 after a decade-long career at Johnson & Wales University.
He calls North Providence, Rhode Island home and enjoys hiking, photography and training his beloved Australian Shepherds.
Mark Kenna
Finance Manager
Mark joined Pathify in August 2021 as Finance Manager.
He has 15 years of finance experience across audit, business consulting, banking and media, working at KPMG, JP Morgan Chase and Dentsu International.
Mark resides in Melbourne, Australia with his family and loves traveling, horse racing and playing average golf.

Bret Ingerman
Bret Ingerman is currently the Vice President for Information Technology at Tallahassee Community College (TCC), where he has been since 2012.
His current role focuses on setting the vision and strategic direction for technology at the college and supporting all members of the TCC community in the use of technology to support and enhance teaching, learning and administrative functions.
He has previously worked at Vassar College, Skidmore College, Lewis & Clark College and Syracuse University. Bret also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in Psychology, from Syracuse University.
In his spare time, Bret enjoys being a trumpet player in local community bands as well as serving as a certified BBQ judge.
Christopher Harvey
Christopher Harvey is currently the Executive Director of Academic Technology at St. Petersburg College, where he has been since 2014.
His current role focuses on spearheading academic technology and online education initiatives and collaborating college-wide to support all stakeholders in establishing effective standards and solutions ensuring student success.
Christopher previously worked at Joliet Junior College. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys being with his family and two boys, Greyson and Cameron, as well as 3D printing, sci-fi and the theater.
Ellie Kates-da Silva
Ellie Kates-da Silva is currently the Manager of Marketing and Intranet Communications at the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (UVA), where she has been since 2022.
Her current role focuses on overseeing marketing and portal content for the McIntire School.
Ellie previously worked at the UVA Bookstore. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from UVA.
In her spare time, Ellie enjoys watercolor painting and flower gardening.
Eric Alvarado
Eric Alvarado is currently the AVP of Digital Strategy at St. John’s University, where he has been since 2014. His current role focuses on leveraging technology as an enabler of growth and transformation.
Eric bridges the gap between St. John’s strategic vision and tactical execution, ensuring their technology initiatives directly contribute to the university’s success and continued excellence.
He has previously worked at The George Washington University and Purdue University. Eric also holds a number of degrees, including a Bachelor’s of Agricultural and Biological Engineering as well as a Master’s of Engineering from Cornell University, and a Master of Science in Data Mining and Predictive Analytics from St. John’s University.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys board game design and pickleball as well as spending time with his family and two children, Ari and Eli.
Joe Mancini
Joe Mancini is currently the Executive Director of Information Systems at Montgomery County Community College, where he has been since 1991.
His current role focuses on overseeing leadership of infrastructure, learning technologies, user support, enterprise software systems and data and analytics teams.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys restoring a Ford Mustang.
Rene Eborn
Rene Eborn is currently the Deputy of Digital Transformation and Associate Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Utah State University (USU), where she has been since 2019.
Her current role focuses on partnering with executive leaders at USU to provide access and quality education to students by adapting to emerging trends to attain university stretch goals, enrollments and financial targets. She has previously worked at BYU – Idaho and SNHU.
Rene also holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from USU, a Master of Arts in Education from University of Wyoming, a certificate in negotiation and leadership from Harvard and a certificate in digital transformation from MIT.
In her spare time, Rene enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, spending time with her grandchildren and dog Winnie.
Robert Henderson
Robert Henderson is currently the Vice President of Information Systems and Chief Technology Officer at University of the Pacific, where he has been since 2000.
His current role focuses on partnering with business units at the institution to correctly identify the proper roles and responsibilities for applications enabling the business to succeed.
Robert previously worked at California State University – Stanislaus. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Information Systems and Master’s of Business Administration from California State University – Stanislaus.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys golfing, skiing and taking walks.
Robert Rundquist
Robert Rundquist is currently the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness at Chaffey College, where he has been since 2003.
His current role focuses on various campus-wide initiatives improving the student experience and modernizing institutional practices and workflows.
Robert previously worked at the University of Southern California, LA Valley College, Pasadena City College and LA Trade Tech. He also holds a Master’s of Art degree in English Literature.
In his spare time, Robert enjoys being with his family.
Rohini Ananthakrishnan
Rohini Ananthakrishnan is currently the Deputy CIO and Associate Vice Chancellor of IT Enterprise Application Services at the University of Denver, where she has been since 2002.
Her current role focuses on the institution’s software application portfolio which includes the Enterprise Resource Planning system, over 70 cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service applications, Learning Management Systems and other core and niche software solutions necessary to meet the technology needs of the University.
Rohini holds a Master’s of Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and baking.
