Patrick Dierschke, Learning and Communication Services Coordinator, Angelo State University
Angelo State University — now affiliated with the Texas Tech University System — serves approximately 11,300 students across 100+ areas of study in the heart of west Texas. The university prioritizes community and innovation in its approach to education and recently underwent significant updates to its technology stack — including replacing the legacy Ellucian Luminis student portal and consolidating its Ready Education mobile app into Pathify. Additionally, Angelo State operates an on-premise Ellucian Banner student information system.
Susan Nodine, Project Manager, Columbia College
Columbia College, a private institution based in Columbia, Missouri, has provided quality education since its establishment in 1851. With a mission centered around empowering traditional and non-traditional students, Columbia serves nearly 7,000 students, with one-third having US military affiliation. Before Pathify, the college relied on an Ellucian student portal. They continue utilizing D2L (Brightspace) as their learning management system and their student information system is managed on-prem with Ellucian Colleague.
Brian Bowers, Manager of Web Development & Mobile Applications, Xavier University of Louisiana
Located in New Orleans, Louisiana, Xavier University of Louisiana (XULA) is a private, historically black institution with a rich legacy dating back to its establishment in 1925. With a full-time student body of around 3,200 students, it stands as the only Catholic HBCU in the United States. XULA is dedicated to excellence in education, preparing students for leadership and service in a diverse learning environment. The University recently transitioned from a Sharepoint student portal to Pathify, leverages D2L (Brightspace) for its learning management system and manages student information through an on-prem Ellucian Banner instance.
