Colgate University Teams Up with Pathify to Launch New Portal Streamlining Access and Strengthening Campus Connections

Modern digital experience simplifies access to campus resources, unifies communications, and lays the foundation for long-term engagement for highly selective liberal arts college

Built on Pathify’s Engagement Hub platform, Colgate Portal replaces the university’s outdated desktop portal and standalone mobile app with a seamless, responsive experience consolidating critical tools and surfacing relevant content across devices and roles.

In their next phase, Colgate plans to expand its governance model to allow departments and business units to actively manage and customize content areas, leveraging Pathify’s real-time analytics for insights into platform usage and engagement trends.

Colgate’s Information Technology Services (ITS) and University Communications teams evaluated several options before selecting Pathify for its modern architecture and forward-looking capabilities.

During testing with campus stakeholders, the new portal received praise from students, faculty and staff for its intuitive design, improved organization and the ease of navigation and access to critical academic life tools, including Ellucian Banner, Moodle and Localist.
