Pathify Surges into H2 2025 with Accelerated Growth, Platform Adoption and Continued Product Innovation

Institutions embracing smart tech consolidation unlock real savings, simplified ecosystems and more connected digital experiences

“Our growth isn’t just a signal that the platform is resonating – it’s a reflection of a broader shift in how institutions think about technology,” said Chase Williams, CEO and Co-Founder of Pathify. “We’re building infrastructure for what comes next: a more connected, user-centric and sustainable digital campus. Institutions adopting this mindset will be pioneers in the years ahead.”

Pathify’s platform has seen a 53.25% increase in active users compared to the previous academic year. Annual recurring revenue is up 42% since H1 2024, with institutions such as the Arkansas State University System, the University of Central Florida, Tarleton State University, Ithaca College, the University of Utah and MIT Sloan School of Management joining the Pathify community.

While modernization and usability are the primary drivers, institutions are also experiencing meaningful cost savings — including major reductions in system sprawl. One university consolidated 29 disparate systems into just five, an 82% reduction. On average, customers merge three or more systems into Pathify, with some estimating over $400,000 in annual savings when factoring in both soft costs and reduced technology spend.

“Smart consolidation is the outcome of intentional design,” added Williams. “It’s about delivering what users need, when they need it — while reducing the burden on campus resources and creating room for innovation.”

To support its growing customer base, Pathify increased headcount by nearly 20% since late 2024 and is continuing to scale its Product and Engineering teams. That investment is powering new product development, including Dashboard Creator, launching in Q3. The no-code UI builder allows non-technical administrators to create fully branded, role-specific dashboards that elevate personalization while reducing IT dependency.

In February, Pathify received a strategic growth investment from Five Elms Capital, a private equity firm accelerating product innovation, team expansion and market reach. The funding reinforces Pathify’s position as a long-term partner helping institutions meet modern expectations with unified, forward-looking digital infrastructure.

With nearly 250 institutions across five countries on the platform, Pathify is setting a new standard for campus engagement — one that replaces fragmentation with clarity, complexity with connection, and outdated portals with digital experiences built for today’s learners.
