Swinburne University of Technology Partners with Pathify to Transform Student Digital Experience

World-class University in Melbourne Prioritizes Student Success and Communication with Pathify Engagement Hub

DENVER, COLORADO and MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA — September 23, 2025 — Pathify, the leading digital engagement hub for higher education, today announced Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia has chosen the Pathify digital student Engagement Hub as the university’s new portal. This selection supports Swinburne’s broader initiative to advance its Student Experience Framework, with the strategic partnership delivering seamless, integrated and highly personalized digital experiences for Swinburne’s 60,000+ students and 2,500+ employees.

The university will unify critical digital services — including the Student One Student Information System (SIS), Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) and mobile applications — into one comprehensive and user-friendly portal. Swinburne expects the My.Swinburne portal to eliminate redundant systems, including standalone portals, search engines and mobile apps, thereby significantly reducing operational costs. The new platform is slated to go live in 2025.
